Friday, March 5, 2010. I had a dream last night where I kept receiving college acceptance letters addressed to all of you, and so I got to call everyone and deliver the great news. It was pretty cool. This is another brief period where I didn't write for a while; these usually happen on weekends.

Day 35 (written day 38)
I am so, so sorry... I do not remember breakfast. Toast and eggs? No. Most likely oats, or some variant. Classes were fine. In Science Hike I walked about half an hour to my site and noted the nature around it: Ash in the center, hemlock and beech around it. Young spruce and fir are growing up. Rachel and I are getting closer. We're friends now. Lunch? What was that? Leftovers.

In English Megan K, Charlotte, Rachel and I had a good discussion about roles people might have in discussions. I tried to mimic a role as we were discussing it. The group didn't get it. Journals were fantastic, as always. During dinner (chicken? Leftover meatballs?) we had an intense discussion about the space-time continuum, and what choices today might have on the possibilities of tomorrow. Rachel also confessed she likes Devo, or at least has heard of them. Jay, Hallie, Adrija, and some others (unsure about Adrija; I know for sure Jay was there) also discussed evolution in the modern world, and if it was bred out almost. The [Friday night] discussion was about homosexuality... pretty boring. Whatever; we're all the same.
